Hess Clinic is not a walk-in clinic. We prefer that you call for an appointment. However, for urgent care needs, we can usually get you in to see a provider within 24 hours.

Call your pharmacy and request a refill. They will contact the clinic to request a refill, and at this time we will either authorize your refill or notify you if an appointment is needed.
All prescriptions are filled at an office visit. If you are having signs of an infection, it is important that you are evaluated by a provider so that we can properly diagnose your condition and provide the best care possible.
Yes, however, you will be asked to pay out-of-pocket at the time of your office visit. When you get your insurance card, bring it to the clinic and we will file your claim immediately. You will receive a refund as soon as we hear from your insurance company.
